Ranvir Shorey is all praises for his Ugly Aur Pagli co-star Mallika Sherawat despite reports of them not getting along with each on the film's sets.

States Ranvir, "Before Ugly Aur Pagli shoot began, I had only met Mallika once on the sets of Pyar Ke Side Effects in which we both starred.

That time I wondered what a starry chick she is! She was totally what one calls Star Material. But I would like to admit that now after working with I can say that she has been quite a revelation. Not only she is very intelligent and focussed about what she wants, her instincts are great as well.

In my 15 years of being in this field I have never come across someone like her before. I have learnt from her that how one should make proper use of one's name. She is very adaptable as an actress.

She never arrives on the sets with any preconcieved ideas about her role or the scenes she is supposed to do for the day. It is I feel a great way to work because if you come on the sets with preset thoughts, it may cause panic for you if it breaks."
