Manisha Koirala is all set to play the role of an eighty year old woman in Award winning filmmaker Jahnu Barua's yet untitled next. Jahnu Barua is presently completing his Shiney Ahuja, Preity Zinta and Dharmendra starrer Har Pall after which he shall be starting the shooting of the Manisha Koirala starrer.

Manisha sharing her excitement about her film with Jahnu da states, "First of all it is a brilliant story and it's a brilliant role that of a 30 year old and an 80 year old woman.

It is going to be a huge challenge for me to portray these two diverse characters in the same film. I had loved Jahnu Barua's Maine Gandhi Ko Nahi Maara and it's a honour for me that he considered for this interesting role in his forthcoming film."

There was recently a talk about Manisha joining politics but she denies the immediate possibility stating, "Not as of now but I would definitely love to work for people whether it is here in India or Nepal or even anywhere else.

I don't understand the need for being in the political arena for contributing the society. But you never know I may join politics after few years."
