Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala`s bad luck continues at full pace. The actress has already made the headlines this year for her Ek Choti Se Love Story controversy. Then there was the case of being bitten by a dog at her own party not so long ago.

She was at her designer Shahid Aamir`s residence when his dog suddenly leaped on her and bit her on the face. It seems the actress had to undergo a minor surgery. Six stitches in fact. Now poor old Manisha has had an accident on the sets of her latest movie `Paisa Vasool`. The scene in question involved a horse-carriage, which had Manisha as a passenger. Unfortunately she slipped and fell to the floor.

Manisha sustained injuries to her leg and was rushed to hospital, where doctors took x-rays to find out whether any serious damage was done. She is currently recovering... again!
