The buzz is that the big budget Bhatt supernatural thriller, 'Raaz - The Mystery Continues' is not exactly a sequel of 'Raaz'.

It actually explores the evil within the human psyche and is a fresh story directed by Mohit Suri.

The word is that Mohit Suri got inspired by Indian mythology, where good and evil are interwoven in human nature. He has cited the example of the great saint Kabir, who had said that the greatest evils are inside us.

Reportedly he found it difficult to persuade the Bhatts about the concept and they disagreed on the promos too.

The promos and the posters are splashed with dark green colour to give it the look of a spooky film. Apparently Mahesh Bhatt wanted dialogues in the promos, whereas Mohit just wanted thrilling visuals and haunting musical score.

The 10 seconds trailer was shown with 'Fashion' and it's being said that the response has been pretty good.

There are high hopes for the January 23 release since this year horror flicks like 'Phoonk' and '1920' have been surprise successes.
