Kailash Kher has proved himself a true artist adhering to the performer's unwritten principle - The Show Must Go On...

The singer was committed to perform in a private function in Delhi on November 21st but on the very same day his father passed away in his parental home in Delhi.

Anyone in his place would have immediately cancelled the performance plan and gone ahead with the last rites ceremony but Kailash didn't do that.

The acclaimed singer, knowing well that the organisers may end losing their face trying to arrange a replacement singer at the last minute, he stuck to his commitment and went ahead to perform.

As Kailash reached the venue, he didn't even let it know to the organisers as well as the audience that he had just minutes back undergone a major personal tragedy as big as his own father's death.

He was known to be very close to his father who had been a major influence to his singing career. Kailash had grown up listening to his father's songs when he was a small kid. We salute you Kailash!
