A careless move by Emraan Hashmi cost the producer of his latest film a lot of money. It's another matter that the producers (Vishesh Films) happen to be his own people.

In the movie titled 'Tum Mile', Emraan is playing a painter once again after 'Raaz- The Mystery continues'. The film was being shot in Cape Town, South Africa, when this incident happened.

Reportedly the crew was shooting in the bungalow of painter Jewel Closenberg and many of her expensive paintings were lying around.

In one scene Emraan had to carry a paintbrush and a palette full of colours towards a blank canvas.

Unfortunately however he got careless, stumbled and ended up spilling colour on one of Closenberg's paintings.

The painter threw a fit when she realized what had happened. Vishesh Films had to buy the spoilt painting and shelled out Rs. 3.5 crores.

The lady was not in a mood to forgive and forget. She categorically told the entire crew that they need not come to shoot in her bungalow again.

The unit was forced to look out for a new bungalow to resume work.

Emi seems to be going deep into the world of art. Interestingly in 'Raaz - The Mystery Continues', there is a scene where Emraan burns an expensive painting.

We only think he needs to be careful while pursuing art that way .
