While Bollywood is hoping for the highly inflated star prices bubble to burst, news has come in that Akshay Kumar has not reduced his high price equation for the producers of his upcoming flick, Dhan Dhana Dhan starring Katrina Kaif, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal.

This film that brings the Hera Pheri trio of Paresh-Akshay and Suneil together is being directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Venus.

Source revealed, "Venus had signed Akshay last year for Rs. 27 crore for Dhan Dhana Dhan and in fact Akshay had taken this entire amount during the signing itself.

That time, there was also a deal formed between him and Venus according which, Akshay would enjoy 51% share of the profits whereas Venus's share would be 49%.

Plus apart from that, if the film's profits cross the Rs. 25 crore mark then whatever earned above this mark would go into Akshay's pockets.

Venus won't have any share into that. Now if you thought that was the end of it? Well there is more.

Generally a producer remains in charge of his film's negative but in this project, the negatives shall be in the name of Akshay. So in short Akki will enjoy all the benefits of being a producer without investing a single penny."

Reportedly, nowadays Akki has also set out a condition to only sign those projects which involve him as a co-producer.
