Eesha Koppikar acted as a cop in 2005' hit comic caper Kyaa Kool Hain Hum. Her character was named Urmila Martodkar. Though she played a no-nonsense cop, her histrionics had everyone in splits.

Though now four years have passed by since the film released, Eesha is left pleasantly surprised by the fact that whenever she encounters real life cops, most of them still remember her policewali act from Kyaa Kool Hain Hum and address her by her screen name in the film that's Urmila Martodkar.

In her tomboyish lady inspector role she dominated every single scene she was present in and succeeded in making the audience completely forget her Khallas girl image.

But despite her act garnering good critic reviews and applause n laughter from the audience; she didn't go on to bag better films or roles. We just hope the talented actress gets her due soon.

Eesha will now be seen next in Jahnu Barua's Har Pall which also stars Shiney Ahuja and Preity Zinta. She is also going to be a part of Farhan Akhtar's sequel to Don along side Shah Rukh Khan.

Her long stuck in the cans hard hitting realistic dacoit drama Shabri is still in the cans. She has played the title role in this film produced by Ram Gopal Varma.

We wonder what way the real life cops will react to her realistic portrayal of her Chambal ki daaku act.
