It`s been a long time since Fardeen has tasted the sueccess. The industry has a lot of expectations, especially when not even bare bodies are guaranteeing returns for the makers. But while one must wait for Khushi's release to know if it will make everyone happy, Fardeen`s latest act of real life bravery should make the likes of Akshay Kumar really proud.

At an awards ceremony recently, Fardeen was supposed to take the stage with a guitar in his hand, which had a cracker tied on top of it. The cracker (commonly called anaar) was supposed to go off before Fardeen began his act and was supposed to put the stage on fire (almost literally). Instead, the cracker usually a silent one, took off and burst. Fardeen was injured and his stomach and fingers got burnt.<.p>

But Khan instead of running off the stage chose to stay on stage and perform his act. He went on and on, and did his three-song-long lip-synching, pelvis-gyrating routine with a pained grimace on his face, which he tried to conceal most admirably without missing a step or letting the viewers know about the mishap. After his act was over, he was treated for burns. One seriously wonders what makes some organisers so mind-blowingly creative? Thank God, the injury wasn't serious. What if it had been and what if it happened to Aishwarya Rai when Salman was still her boyfriend? We leave that one to you. Think about it.
