Teree Sang, maybe a kidult love story that tells the story of an unplanned teenage pregnancy; but the actors playing their part are not so unaware and seem pretty mature and grounded when it comes to their real life. Catching up with Anirudh Dave, who makes his 70 mm debut with Teree Sang, we find out how different Teree Sang experience was for him.

A popular face of television, Anirudh Dave, is certainly not new to the camera, as he has earlier worked in the television serial Rajkumar Aryan. As he candidly confirms, "Satish is my first guru for the big-screen."

Apparently Satish is more than just a guru for this young lad, as he lets us into the secret of him bagging the role of Mushtaq in Teree sang, "I had met Satishji during my theatre days in Delhi.

I approached him, to assist him on his film. Since he knew that I am also an actor, he asked me to give an audition for the film. Luckily, he liked me and asked me to act in it. The name of my character is Mushtaq."

"Mushtaq is typical Delhi guy- yaron ka yaar dilli ka dildaar!" laughs Anirudh, briefing us on his character from Teree Sang.

So, was it difficult to work with an established director like Satish? "No. Not at all!" Pat come the reply, "See, he is really like a bosom friend, when he directs the scene; so, I had a great time working with him.

He never rushes up with things. It was a pleasant experience working for this film.

I learned a lot and always wanted to work with pappu pager." You have acted in television earlier, but you seem more upbeat with this filmy experience? "Acting in a film is a different experience altogether. Being seen on a 70mm screen is different from being seen on a television set and it has a different level of excitement too."

Well we know the reason Anirudh is all pepped up about this filmy experience; well that's because he gets to try his hands behind the camera too!

"Yes, apart from acting I used to sit with Satishji on monitor, and learned plenty of little things. We used to talk about theatrical performances, literatures, enactments, acting theories, method acting" "It was such a nice experience to work with Satish Kaushik ji; we shot this film in Delhi and Dalhousie"

So did that left time for him to bond with other actors? Smiles Anirudh, "My bonding with Ruslaan is effortless. After all, I am the biggest help and friend for Kabir and Maahi in the film. Ruslaan and Sheena, both are very sweet to work with." "They know, Chahe kuch ho jaye hum hai TEREE SANG!"

Teree Sang is produced and directed by Satish Kaushik. Television actors Neena Gupta and Anirudh Dave are acting in the film along with Anupam Kher, Rajat Kapoor, Sushmita Mukherjee and newcomers Ruslaan and Sheena.
