Kalyug girl will soon contest in a dance reality show in the film Down Town. Smilie is head on heels in love with her new-look in the film.

She is playing a small town girl Anushka in Down Town. "She is a small towner who comes down to Mumbai to contest in a dance reality show. It's a comedy film that throws light on the changing lives of contestants, and the people around them after the reality show, " she briefs about the film.

"Though I am playing a small towner, I am not typically dressed in salwar-kameez. Anushka is very cute, and is dressed in capree and a tee all the time, " Smilie describes her never-seen-before look.

As she is a performer in the film, she has also done a peppy dance number. "I have done a jazz number choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. It's been a great experience working with him, " she fills in.

And guess what, she owes her new look, not to the makeup artiste or the designer, but to the cameraman. Apparently, where the former failed, the latter had to do the trick.
