Farah Khan, one of the judges on Entertainment Ke Liye AUR bhi Kuch Karega broke down after seeing the kathak
performance of Tejaswini and Sanjeevani Kalghatgi, 20 year old physically challenged twins from Mumbai who manage a
library otherwise.
Before they started their performance, their mother requested judges Anu and Farah to treat
them as they would to any other contestant and told them that they could press the hooter (hooter- is to stop the act) if
they did not like their performance instead of just being nice to them.
But the performance of the twins who are
suffering from Down syndrome was so touching and precise that Farah was instantly moved to tears. She requested
their parents to enroll them in a good dance school, so that they can learn more dance forms.
Their mother
disclosed that it is through dance that they have developed concentration and are improving and ever since the show
started the girls insisted to show the queen of dance their dancing skills.
Farah was so touched with all of this
that she promised to donate her collection of books to the library, which the girls run for a living.
