Superstar Mohanlal and director Priyadarshan are set to bid for an IPL team together, taking a leaf out of Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty and Preity Zinta's book.

The bidding process is on and Mohanlal stated that there may either be some good or bad news. If everything works out, Mohanlal will be the owner of an IPL cricket team.
