For their film, ‘Once Upon a Time in Bombay', producer Ekta Kapoor and director Milan Luthria are looking for someone who can play a young version of Helen, the dancing beauty who set screens on fire with her cabaret numbers in the 1960s and 1970s.

According to Milan, since the film is set in the late ‘60s and ‘70s, it needed to have the feel of the era through cabaret. They first considered having an item number by a guest actress. However, they now want a girl who can be the Helen of this generation. She should be as graceful as the yesteryear actress.

The song is being composed by music director Pritam. He has been asked to give it a feel of the RD Burman –Asha Bhosle cabaret songs. Kangana Ranaut is touted to be part of the song.
