Of late, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been having some bad experiences. The more the actress wants to forget about her past, the lesser it seems to want to leave her alone.

After bumping into Salman Khan on December 17, Aishwarya ended up sitting next to Vivek Oberoi for the Mumbai police event, ‘Jashn 2010– Dhamaka Bollywood Ka', at the Andheri Sports Complex on Saturday.

Vivek Oberoi broke into cold sweat at the prospect of sitting next to Aishwarya. He refused to even enter the function when he learnt that his seat was near Ash's. However, he agreed after the organizers convinced him really hard.

According to sources, there was place enough for just one person to sit in between Ash and Vivek. Earlier, Asin was sitting there. But just when she left her seat to perform, Vivek came there.

Ash got uncomfortable when she realized that Vivek had occupied the seat and got fidgety. Manish Malhotra came in and sat between Vivek and Aishwarya to ease the tension. After a while, Vivek guessed there was trouble and got up and left.

Manish, however, states that he did not rush in to help matters or anything. On the contrary, he had been sitting there even before. Asin was sitting to his left so Vivek had actually taken Asin's seat.
