Arshad Warsi's contribution as an actor in director Raju Hirani's two films Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai is tremendous as we all know.

Everyone who has loved the Munnabhai series can never deny the fact that Arshad was extremely hilarious in them and expectations were high of seeing the talented actor in Hirani's next directorial venture, the recently released 3 Idiots.

But Arshad doesn't feature in it. In fact reportedly, Arshad had been upset with Rajkumar Hirani because he didn't cast him in the film.

But Arshad assures there is no such thing and all these talks are just figment of someone's crazy imagination. He states, "How can I get upset with Raju? He is a very dear friend. I am sure had there been a character for me in ‘3 Idiots', he would have definitely offered it to me. I trust him very much about it."

He further adds, "When I become a director, I too would like to cast actors who would perfectly fit the bill. How can I expect a producer or a director to cast me in a role if I don't fit the role at all?"

"But yes, there have been big projects that I have lost in the past like Sholay, Mughal-E-Azam and Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge", Arshad concludes on a laugh out loud note.
