Despite being Bollywood's Box office King Akshay Kumar in one of the friendliest stars around in B-town.

Recently while shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala Housefull directed by Sajid Khan, Arjun Rampal had a slip disc problem which required him to be on a heavy medication. We come to hear that once Akshay Kumar heard about Arjun he recommended his make-up artist to him since he has some background in homeopathy and acupressure.

Reveals a source, "As soon as Akshay heard about Arjun's slip disc he told him to consult his make-up artist who is into homeopathy. Akshay's make up artist also gave him some acupressure after which he felt better enough to proceed for the shooting."

"Unlike other actors Akshay has no starry airs. His sincere and immediate help to Arjun, says it all, " adds the source.
