Hansika has started taking guitar lessons as she has always wanted to play the guitar. She recently gifted herself a fender guitar and is taking lessons from a professional guide and she is also using internet to learn more.

Says an excited Hansika, "Its an amazing feeling to make music, I feel so rejuvenated playing the guitar and I cant wait to learn more.

The Internet has been a brilliant information resource for me as if I am doing something wrong, or I want to check something new things, I can immediately check it online.!!!!!".

Hansika makes it a point to carry her guitar everywhere, and whenever she is waiting for her shot or she is back in her hotel she seems to be strumming away.

When quizzed how come she suddenly took on this instrument, she quipped " The song in 3 Idiots inspired me, I just loved the song so much and wanted to learn the guitar to sing the song, Give me some sunshine, Give me some rain"...This is the first song I want to learn and I will definitely play it some day!!!!!!
