Amitabh Bachchan handed over the keys of an ambulance to a Trust at a special function in Mumbai's surburbs on Monday afternoon. The ambulance was donated by the State Bank of Travancore.

At the event, Amitabh said that he has spent a large part of his life in hospitals and has been associated with the medical profession since a young age.

He also added that while we have doctors who are as capable as their Western counterparts, we lack medical facilities.
