Even though he's part of the film, Govinda is missing in action from the promotional activities of Mani Ratnam's Ravan.

A source reveals that Chi Chi told Mani that he doesn't want to be part in the promotion as the entire focus is on Abhishek and Aishwarya.

Apparently Govinda had a word with Mani telling him to let Abhi-Ash hog the lime light as he's a senior actor and doesn't need any publicity.
