South actress-danseuse Shobhana (Mitr My Friend) has adopted a baby girl. The actress held a ceremony at the Guruvayoor temple in Kerala recently.

She has named the six-month-old baby Ananthanarayani. Like Sushmita Sen, Shobhana, too, is single but was keen to adopt.
