Those who were expecting to get a glimpse of this dhak-dhak girl will have to wait till the end of 2006 befoe they'd see her in action. The reason?

Because, Bollywood's original diva has decided to double her maternal bliss.

Her mother Snehlata Dixit who is planning to visit her in Denver say, "Yes, she is pregnant. But we don't want to reveal much as she is going for her final tests. Once the tests are done, we can share our joy with the world."

The actress admits that she prefers a girl this time around so that she could have some company and she could doll her up.

However the the excited Snehlata says "We are so glad. We don't mind if it's a boy or a girl, as long as it's a healthy baby."

Madhuri, who was planning to star in Buddhadev Dasgupta's and Somnath Sen's films will be taking a long leave from the tinsletown.
