Aamir Khan's epic film 'The Rising' has become the an Uprising of a sort for the whole crew. After its much hyped inaugral clap from the Prince Charles, the film has run into trouble for every possbile reason from the casting to the finances.

And now we hear that the 'descendants' of Mangal Pandey in Nagwa plan to file a court case against Ketan Mehta's magnum opus.

"We don't know the script of the film. They didn't shoot the film here in Nagwa and are reportedly picturing a kiss. We won't allow any kind of kiss. Moreover, they never consulted us on the story," says Om Parkash Tiwari, secretary, Mangal Pandey Memorial Committee.

The 'other descendants' also feel betrayed and say that the director should have consulted them before making the film.
