There's good news for all those who were left disappointed with the cancellation of Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's concert in Gurgaon last week, as he will now be performing Sunday.

The popular singer, who has sung songs like "Mann ki lagan" and "Jiya dhadak dhadak", faced a police complaint following his cancellation of a live concert that was to be held at the Gymkhana club in Gurgaon.

Trzy Events, the organisers of the concert, have now withdrawn the complaint.

"We have taken back the complaint after a mutual settlement between the organisers and Rahat ji's manager. Now the concert will take place on Sunday (Aug 8) and Rahat ji is coming a day prior to it. We have already received a copy of his visa," Chaitanya, a member of organising committee, told.

The show was scheduled to go packed last week, but Rahat could not make it due to visa issues. Now, organisers are working a way out to retain those who had already booked their tickets.

"The response is good and the sales are shooting. The tickets that we sold earlier have been put on hold and can be retrieved by the same people who had bought them earlier. However, if those people can't be a part of the concert due to prior commitments, they can get a refund," he added.
