Karan Johar says he would like to call filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma on the third season of his talk show "Koffee with Karan" to clear the air but added that it was "fun to be sarcastic" through the media.

"I will surely call Ram Gopal Varma. I don't know what would be the rating of that show but I just want to clear the air. We are fun loving people. It's fun to be sarcastic through media, " Karan said as the third season of his show was unveiled.

"I was searching for two-three more directors who I can go against, but I am not getting anyone. Like season three of 'Koffee with Karan", it's third season with Ram Gopal Varma also. It's continuing, " he added.

Asked if the show would have been as popular if he hadn't been the host, Karan said:"Never. No one would have come...."

The third season of "Koffee with Karan" will be aired on STAR World from Nov 7.
