SINGING IN THE RAIN: I still have vivid images of the musical that portrays a comic depiction of Hollywood. Gene Kelly was super. And I loved the movie's soundtrack and would keep on humming it as a kid especially the title track. It's considered to be one of the best musicals ever made.

THE EVIL DEAD: This was the first horror film I saw on video. In my younger days, I used to watch horror films with great awe -- and fear of course. The movie was about a group of friends who travel to the woods where they unknowingly release flesh-possessing demons! I found it too scary.

SHIVA: Ram Gopal Varma first made it in Telugu with Nagarjuna in 1989. And then it was remade in 1990. The plot was about student politics inside a college campus. This was one RGV film which I loved to watch, I used to find it fascinating.

HUM HAIN RAHI PYAR KE: I acted in this 1993 Aamir Khan-Juhi Chawla starrer as a child actor. So obviously this is one movie I kept on watching repeatedly during my growing up years.

JO JEETA WOHI SIKANDER: This was a youth flick that I loved watching as it had both student life and sports. It was also because of Aamir Khan as the movie had just come out when we were shooting for Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke.
