Veteran Bollywood director Yash Chopra will inaugurate the 41st International Film Festival of India (IFFI), an official said Monday.

"Yash Chopraji will be inaugurating the festival. We will also be felicitating several actors whose names will be disclosed later, " S.M. Khan, director of the Directorate of Film Festivals, told reporters here.

The festival begins Nov 22 and goes on till Dec 2.

"We have received a record number of 450 entries for the Cinema of World section and the final list will be chalked out soon, " Khan said, adding that 15 movies from several countries will be up for the competition in the international competition section.

"Orissa will be the focus state because it is celebrating 75 years of cinema, " he said.
