Ram Gopal Varma tweets and sends text messages against Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan then says he simply forwarded and retweeted stuff he was sent

KYA HUA?The incorrigible Ram Gopal Varma has gone and done it again. Over the last three days, he has been tweeting and sending messages about Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan and comparing it to his own Aag.

NOTHING PERSONAL: Says Ramu, "Farah is a close friend and I haven't seen TMK to comment on it. The tweets I put especially the one 'compared to Tees Maar Khan, RGV Ki Aag is Sholay' are forwards that people have been sending me.

Now they say its Farah Ki Aag. So Aag became a measuring tape for a bad film

Every time a film gets bad talk people bring Aag out of its grave for comparisons. When Mani Ratnam's Raavan released, they said it is Mani ki Aag. For Kites, they said it's Hrithik Ki Aag now they say its Farah Ki Aag.

So Aag became a measuring tape for a bad film. I really think Aag will be remembered more than Sholay.

That's because a film like Sholay will come once in a hundred years whereas flops like Aag will come every few months", says Ramu.

WE, THE BITCHY! "See everyone has a mouth and mouths do nothing but talk and give opinions. From morning till night people do nothing but bitch about everything from films to politics to their neighbors to their employers, etc.

In today's times bitching is the order of our lives. So a film being bitched is just a part of it but what's sad is that we film people tell everyone we are a family but we are the happiest when someone else's film flops.

I personally think the bitchiest of critics can't match up to the bitchiness of us filmi people.

Left to filmi folk, we would give most films minus-five stars. Bad reviews by critics are actually more enjoyed by film industry people, " reasons the outspoken director.

LIGHTLY PUT: "Even though I failed in creating entertainment in Aag at least it created more entertainment than even the original Sholay in giving so much pleasure to all concerned in bitching about it. All those people should thank me for that, " quips RGV.

WAR OF WORDS

Ramu and Karan Johar are widely known for not being friends and have had many verbal spats.

RGV had tweeted when I Hate Luv Storys had released, "I hate I hate luv stories for being a big hit and I luv I hate luv stories cos its kjos film who I love 2 hate and hate 2 love and that's our luv hate story."

Karan had replied back to Ramu saying, "Thank u ramu!!! superb tweet ramu!!! You couldn't have worded our "story" better!!"

Earlier, when We Are Family had released Ramu had tweeted "The good thing about official remakes is that we can officially prove to the world how bad as makers we are."

In return, Karan posted: "It's sad when extreme failure and death of talent drives filmakers into a zone of negativity... sad!"

One of 2010's Top 3 Openers

"Tees Maar Khan is the third biggest opener this year. While Dabangg made Rs 48.5 crore in its opening weekend, 3 Idiots made Rs 40 crore, Tees Maar Khan made Rs 38.25 crore, Golmaal 3 made Rs 33.5 crore and Raajneeti made Rs 33 crore. "
