Shahid Kapoor is one smitten actor in B-town these days if ever there was one. The actor is reportedly quite enamored by the enigmatic beauty and charming personality of the veteran, versatile and talented star Charlie Chaplin's granddaughter, Dolores.

According to reports the actor is indeed on cloud nine as Dolores along with her mom Geraldine is to come to India on the occasion to celebrate the Chaplin Festival in Mumbai. The festival is to be held from the 22nd of January 2011.

Shahid came to know about the entire event due to his dad Pankaj Kapoor's association with the project and as his dad plays a pivotal role in the film Happi and it is the producers of the film who are hosting the Charlie Chaplin film festival.

The buzz doing the rounds is that the festival is to have screenings of some of the greatest hits of the veteran star with films like The Great Dictator, City Lights, The Kid, Modern Times etc.

Now it seems the New Year is certainly going to bring a lot of joys to Shahid Kapoor as it begins with this big festival with the beautiful Dolores coming to Mumbai and his many new films that are due to release in 2011. All the best Shahid, we do hope you have a great year ahead.
