Bebo lends voice to audio version of book released by fitness expert; Book to have handwritten notes by star

Kareena Kapoor believes in the two F's very strongly friendship and fitness. She will fly down from Switzerland to Mumbai for the launch of her dietician's new book Women and the Weight Loss Tamasha on January 15.

Rujuta, a fitness professional, had earlier written Don't Lose Your Mind Lose Your Weight which had also been launched by Kareena.

For the new book, Women and the Weight Loss Tamasha, Kareena has not just lent her voice to the narration of the complementary audio-book which comes with the book but each book will have a handwritten note by the actress herself.

The book is a comprehensive one on women, food and everything between puberty and marriage to pregnancy and menopause.

"Kareena insisted that she be part of the whole process much more than just coming to launch it. Kareena believes fitness is food for the soul.

According to her, healthy body leads to a healthy mind so she's willing to send a message to all women to keep fit," a source close to Kareena said.

"At the launch of Don't Lose Your Mind Lose Your Weight, Kareena had spoken about her journey to fitness and what it means to eat right and stay fit.

This time around Kareena has another surprise for her fans each book will have a handwritten note by the star herself. In the audio-book, Kareena addresses the working woman's problem of eating right and on time."

Rujuta Divekar said, "Kareena has been working round-the-clock on her films and so having her on board for the narration was out of question since I understood her busy schedule but when she casually found out about the audio-book she immediately wanted to narrate her own portion.

It will be special to have her handwritten note in each book."
