Neetu Singh and Rishi Kapoor celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary on Saturday. Neetu says, "It feels just like yesterday that I got married. We celebrate every birthday and anniversary with flowers and cut a cake at home at midnight. Our staff sings for us.
