The historical bug seems to have bitten Bollywood in a big way. Freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad`s name is the latest addition to the list of historical characters being made. Ripples has signed none other than Abhishek Bachchan to play the lead role in the film on the life of Azad. Will an historical lift up Abhishek`s falling career? The film being directed by Priyadarsan is in collaboration with a Hollywood studio.

 Most of the star cast, in fact 80 per cent of it, will be from Hollywood. The film will have not one but two writers, one from Hollywood and the other from India. After being made in English, the film will be dubbed in Hindi and the released with more than 4000 prints! Well, after all this, the film better create history. We don`t want all those efforts to go down in drain.
