Anil Sharma's "Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Sathiyon" has finally got a clean chit from the army without any cuts and will be released Dec 24, reports Bollywood Trade.

"The film was seen by the army, the home ministry and the external affairs ministry and it has been formally cleared by all of them," Sharma revealed from New Delhi.

According to Sharma, he did have to do some convincing with the army. "I am glad that all of them saw the film and approved it. I don't think the marginal delay in the release will affect its prospects. I am now working on the Dec 24 release of the film," Sharma added.

Distributors who had earlier booked it for a Dec 3 release are now reconfirming the chain of theatres, considering the clutter of films scheduled for release on the same day.
