Actress, model, Emcee Kubraa Sait is on cloud nine as she is 'Ready' to make a big bang in Bollywood. The inspirational, mesmerising and energetic actress is playing an important part in Salman Khan starrer 'Ready' directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Sohail Khan.

The multi-talented glam aficionado, who is also a standup comedienne, is the surprise package of 'Ready' but is quite tight-lipped about it.

Thanks to her strong Dubai connection, Kubraa Sait will also join 'Ready' stars Salman Khan and Asin at the Dubai premiere on June 1 at the red carpet of the Grand Cineplex, followed by an exclusive after-party at a local nightclub. Salman is happy to have a Dubai connection in 'Ready' as Kubra Sait, a local model, is former radio jockey and a TV presenter is making her Bollywood debut with this film.

Ready is a remake of a Telugu film and sees Khan play a romantic at heart whose mission in life is to unite lovers. He helps Asin escape her own wedding and promptly falls in love with her. The rest of the film sees the couple unite their families into accepting their relationship. Kubraa plays an important role and was seen at the 'Ready' music launch wearing a bewitching white dress.

Kubraa will also be seen in another project starring Sunny Deol and Kangana Ranaut directed by Radhika and Vinay Sapru. And yes, in addition to Salman Khan, she also loves his arch rival Shah Rukh Khan!

Kubraa Sait says, "Well, 'Ready' is an important milestone in my career and I had fund shooting in Bangkok for the film...and also shopping later in Bangkok.

I believe I have brought a different dimension to my performances in terms of timing and energy. Salman Khan's awesomeness in films like 'Partner' makes me smile and look forward to his every move. I am grateful for being a small yet significant part of the film industry."

She was seen recently in the Tata Nano TVCs and hosted several events such as Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Vodafone, Pernod Richard, Airtel, HTC, Lanco and Panasonic Viera launch with Ranbir Kapoor amongst others this year. She has also hosted 'Star Ka Tadka' with Sharman Joshi on Food Food channel. At Filmfare awards, she loved Shah Rukh Khan and Rishi Kapoor for their antics.

Kubraa started her acting career with a short film titled "Momentous" directed by Niraj Mehta. Her last few projects include an International cross over film with Ali F Mostafa for "City of Life".

She completed a music video in Mumbai for Sony BMG - Sarosh Sami. She was also a FINALIST at the Miss India Worldwide Pageant that took place in February, 2009 in Durban - she also won the Title of Miss Personality. Her talent included stand up comedy.

Kubraa Sait says that her tryst with the glam world began in Bangalore when she was voted Miss Beautiful Eyes in the Miss Bangalore contest, and was also one of the top 5. She had lot of support from her school, New Horizon School and College, and also Buoyancee's Ajit Kaikini and Sadhna Kaikini, my god-parents, who groomed her, plus her brother, Danish Sait, Mom Yasmin Sait.
