The actor's tattoo in 'Force' has an uncanny resemblance to Sam Worthington's in the Hollywood flick

The Indian film industry has long been inspired by Hollywood, be it with regard to a storyline or a look... and now even a tattoo!

In Vipul Shah's forthcoming film Force, John Abraham sports a tattoo that is strikingly similar to Sam Worthington's in Avatar.

Both are black abstract designs. What's more, both the actors have the tattoo on their right arm. We wonder if this is merely a coincidence, or if the tattoo was actually copied from the 3D blockbuster.

Says a source from the unit, "No, it wasn't copied deliberately. It just happened by fluke. John plays undercover narcotic officer in Force.

He had to camouflage his real identity as a cop, which is why we gave him a tattoo to look different."

The source adds, "When John found out that his tattoo in the movie is similar to the tattoo of the lead actor in Avatar, he was thrilled.

He is a huge fan of the James Cameron film, and is kicked about the happy coincidence."
