After "Pyar To Hona Hi Tha", writer-director Anees Bazmi will once again direct Ajay Devgan in a romantic film shot completely in London.

"It is an emotional and intense story which was only written for Ajay. He liked it the moment he heard it," Bazmi was quoted as saying.

The shooting for the film would commence in September and will be finished in three months. The filmmakers are yet to decide the leading actress.

"It is definitely not Kajol," Anees clarified, when asked whether the "Pyar To Hona Hi Tha" pairing would be repeated.

Meanwhile, Bazmi and Ajay are arriving at a suitable title and producer for the film.

"There are a couple of producers who are under consideration but Ajay has liked it so much that he might consider producing the film under his own banner," Bazmi revealed
