The composer is gung-ho about scoring for Sunny Deol's upcoming film

Anu Malik who is scoring the music for Anil Sharma's upcoming film with Sunny Deol is looking forward to begin work on it. The film has a Punjab setting and the composer is gung-ho to create some stellar tunes.

Says Malik, "As the film has a rustic storyline, it gives me a chance to score something unique. It's a project that excited me as it provides scope for some memorable tunes."

He adds, "Sunny is a dear friend and I have known Anil too for long. When Anil called me and told me about the project there was that click factor that worked. I can't wait to begin work on it."

The versatile composer who's been there and done it all is now extremely choosy about the projects he wants to be associated with. He is as comfortable creating music for films like Border and Refugee to Asoka and Om Shanti Om.

Anu now wants to take on projects that really excite him. He has also composed the music for an upcoming film, which stars newbies Nazia Hussain and Aditya Samanta.
