With his last film, JURM not meeting the expected response at the box-office, producer Ashish Singh has decided to take it easy and wait for a few months, before he starts
his next project.
"I have been looking at a couple of scripts but I'd like to watch the box-office situation before taking a decision. It is a bad situation for Bollywood with a majority of
star-studded films crashing at the box-office. After HULCHUL, no film has really fared well at the box-office, apart from the exception of PAGE 3 and BLACK, both of which
largely got a city-centric response," Singh revealed.
However Singh added that he had no regrets about the business of JURM, though he wasn't very happy with it either.
"It definitely didn't get the kind of response one had
expected but I quite liked the experience of making the film with friends, Bobby and Vikram Bhatt. Besides, I would say it did better than most other star-studded films at the
box-office," he revealed.
