Bollyood actrress Bipasha Basu, who was admitted to a Mumbai hospital on Wednesday for viral fever and acute exhaustion, has been discharged, media reports said on Thursday.

According to reports, she was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati hospital.

Speaking on her health conditions, Bipasha tweeted to her fans: "Thank you all!Am much better now:)"

"Fr ppl who r worried abt me getting hospitalised.Just want to tell u tht right nw am feeling much better:) Acute exhaustion n viral fever!" she posted on Twitter.

Bipasha, who was recently seen in "Raaz 3', said she will soon celebrate the success of the horror film.

"Will be bck on my feet soon to celebrate the success of my film Raaz3:)," she said.

"Raaz3 is a super success!Thank u al fr such amazing feedbck on my performance:)Feel so blessed n happy," Bipasha tweeted.
