Amy Jackson heads to the Far East for a 40-day schedule of Tamil film with Vikram as co-star

Amy Jackson may be missing in action from the Mumbai scene as well as being Prateik's arm candy, though there has been on/off buzz about them. The starlet, however, prefers to be immersed in work. She will be shortly leaving for China for a 40-day schedule of Shankar's Tamil film that has Vikram as her co-star.

As the filmmaker is known to shoot in exotic locations, he was keen to revisit the place after having shot his Aishwarya Rai-starrer Jeans in 1998 in the country.

Amy is presently in Hyderabad, where she attended the music launch of AL Vijay's Telugu film in which she also stars opposite Vikram. After a long shoot schedule for the film in the UK, she got back to start shooting for Shankar's film which has had a schedule in Hyderabad.
