The show must go, believes actress Isha Sharvani, who went ahead and performed aerial acts for an upcoming episode of dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5" despite a broken arm, which is in a cast.

The actress, who is a contestant on the popular reality show, aired on Colors, injured her right arm during one of her past rehearsals for the show.

She has been living on steroids and pain-killers since the injury and not performing on the "Jhalak..." stage. The grapevine had it that she would quit the show but, to everyone's surprise, Isha decided to take it up as a challenge and perform on stage, showcasing what she's best at - rope malkhamb - in the semi-final episode of the show.

Isha is said to have left the judges and audiences spell-bound with her flawless act, says a source from the sets.

Judge Madhuri Dixit looked shocked and surprised at the same time, and said: "Aisa lag raha tha aapke liye ye baaye haath ka khel hai (It seemed so easy for you to pull off this act)."

Karan Johar added: "This is what I love about you, the confidence, self-belief and poise with which you come and perform on this stage even with your right hand injured."

Doctors had warned Isha that if she does not take care of her injury, she might have to face lifelong repercussions. But her never-say-die spirit worked in her favour.

On the show, Isha is teamed up with choreographer Salman Khan, and together, they have put up spectacular performances this season.
