Usually around Diwali, Neil Nitin Mukesh takes off on a holiday with his folks. This has been a tradition with his family

However this year, the actor will skip the annual get together due to his work commitments. He has been shooting for three films back-to-back.

Says a source, `Neil usually plans well in advance for the trip but this time he has not even had a chance to think of it. He recently got back from Ireland where he was shooting for Bejoy Nambiar's film. The film's next schedule unfolds in Mussoorie soon.

Adds the source, `Although Neil has not got time to take a break, he is not complaining as he his enjoying his current work. However he does miss spending time with his family especially his younger brother Naman.`

Apart from Nambair's film, in Neil's kitty are Susi Ganeshan's film with Ameesha Patel and Puja Gupta as co-stars and a horror flick with Sonal Chauhan. The source further adds, `Neil and his family have taken off every festive season sometimes for a few days. But this too seems difficult for Neil now due to his shoots.`
