Buzz is that Aditya Roy Kapoor has split with his long-term girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty

It could have been a bad start to the New Year for Aditya Roy Kapoor. We hear that the actor has apparently broken up with his long-time girlfriend VJ-turned-actress Rhea Chakraborty.

In the past, the couple has been spotted hanging out together at different food joints across the city and even at shopping malls. And the couple was apparently always conspicuous for engaging in public display of affection wherever they were.

A source adds, `They have broken up after dating for a while. But Aditya is still in love with Rhea and is very possessive about her.`

Rhea neither confirmed nor denied our report as she directed us to speak to her manager, who chose not to reply to our SMS. Aditya remained unavailable for comment.
