Actress Mona Singh has been garnering praises for her new look in "Kya Huaa Tera Vaada". It is all thanks to a regular fitness regime.
Mona has been following a strict routine these days to keep herself fit amidst her busy schedule.
She goes to the gym at 6:30 a.m. and spends two hours doing quality workout. She follows a healthy diet, which consists of proteins and vitamins,
and sticks to a three small-meal formula as instructed by her dietician.
