Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor and their crew tuned into the television in Bhopal to catch an awards event

Ajay Devgn has been known to avoid awards shows. Not this time. So what if it was on TV? Sources say that the actor, along with co-star Kareena Kapoor and the the rest of the cast of Prakash Jha's next film watched an awards event on TV from the cosy confines of their hotel room.

The cast is currently staying at the Noor-Us-Sabah Palace Hotel in Bhopal.

An insider from the city says, `While some actors wait for that unforgettable moment all year long, there are some who don't care about the ceremonial victory. Instead, all they care for is the box office reward and love and support from their fans. Devgn is one of those stars.`

The cast has apparently been spending a rollicking time in Bhopal, as they prefer to hang out with each other.

The source adds, `They were all in Devgn's room and were seen having quite a blast. There were a lot of chuckles overheard through the door.`
