Emraan Hashmi is all set to have a hot co-star. Oscar Award winning director Danis Tanovic, who is helming the actor's first-ever Hollywood project, has roped in former Bond girl Maryam d'Abo.
A source from the sets informs, `Maryam is playing an important role in the film and it was director Danis Tanovic's idea to cast her.` Maryam joined the likes of former Bond heroines Ursula Andress and Grace Jones when she appeared in the James Bond film The Living Daylights in 1987.

The film is currently being shot in Patiala. Producer Guneet Monga confirms the buzz and states, `Yes, she is doing the film and we are extremely happy at the association.`
The 52-year-old actress is already in Patiala for the film's schedule.

Maryam first appeared in Xtro (1983), which is considered a cult entry in the genre.
In the mid-1980s she was seen in a mini-series based on Sidney Sheldon's If Tomorrow Comes. Her real big break came in the form of the James Bond film, The Living Daylights (1987).

Maryam played Bond girl Kara Milovy opposite Timothy Dalton's James Bond. The film gave her career a real jolt, and she found herself in leading roles throughout the early 1990s, in a variety of films.
