Rangrezz, directed by Priyadarshan, starring Jackky Bhagnani and Priya Anand in the lead is a genre film which focuses its epic tale on the journey of friendship.

Rangrezz finds similarity with Rang De Basanti and Kai Po Che, two films that had focused on the lives of characters playing friends. Friends who have made such an unbreakable bond between themselves that a circumstantial drawback leads to drama but doesn't let tear away that bond, is what these movies have highlighted.

Pooja Entertainment is the production house behind Rangrezz. The movie is based on friendship and is a remake of the Tamil hit 'Naadodigal'. The movie hits theatres on 21st March 2013
