Singer A.R. Reihana, sister of Oscar-winning music composer A.R. Rahman, will spend an evening with as many 800 underprivileged children here as part of an event organised by Raindropss, a youth-based social
organisation.
"A.R Reihana will preside as chief guest of the evening and spend time with 800 underprivileged children on March 31 at EVP amusement theme park. The evening will also have powerful performances by several
singers in the industry," a statement from Raindropss said.
Playback Singers MLR Karthikeyan, Nikhil Mathew, Sakthi, Al Rufianand, and Deepika Theagarajan will perform at the event.
Some of Reihana's memorable songs include "Vidaikodu Engal", "Malle Malle" and "Paarthale Paravasam".
