From the time Aurangzeb's trailer is rolling on the Social Networking sites, A huge comparison of Hollywood Films such as The Departed and especially The Devil's Double (2011) have been started out in discussion platforms. South Indian actor Prithviraj Sukumaran who plays the central character in Aurangzeb agrees and clears the vibes out.

"Aurangzeb is a very intense drama. But it has also got a very strong family background in it. I play a Police Officer named Arya. And the film is in it's own way a journey about this man Arya who believes in something, And he realizes it was something else in the Climax.

The Hollywood Film's name you have mentioned are just incidents in the film. Aurangzeb is about what happens to the relationships because of these incidents. " said Prithviraj.

The Devil's Double was based on Uday Hussein (Son of Saddam Hussein) who hires his look alike to protect himself from his enemies around. Where Aurangzeb is based on two different families, One of a Gangster and other of a Police Officer.

Aurangzeb stars Rishi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor (In a Double Role), Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jackie Shroff and is directed by Atul Sabharwal. Aurangzeb releases this May 17th all over.
