South actor Chiranjeevi played a honest cop in his Bollywood debut film in 1990 and now his son Ram is following his footsteps by
essaying a similar role in his first Hindi movie
Almost a decade and a half ago, film 'Pratibhandh' launched Telugu heartthrob Chiranjeevi in Bollywood, as a hard nosed honest
cop.
Now after 23 years, Ram Charan Teja will also be seen in the avatar of a honest cop who battles his way to eliminate the deadly

'Zanjeer'.
The film is a remake of megastar Amitabh Bachchan's hit 1973 film 'Zanjeer', which saw Big B playing a cop and Jaya Bachchan his
love interest. The new one, directed by Apoorva Lakhia stars Priyanka, Prakash Raj, Mahie Gill, Atul Kulkarni and Sanjay Dutt. It
